How do I change my ANSYS License Server?

1. Follow the instructions in the Quick Licensing Guide.
2. Send the "licserver.info" to ansyskeys@mallett.com.
3. Upon receipt Mallett Technology will send you a revised license agreement.
4. Please sign and return via fax to (724) 746-7001.
5. You will receive new license keys within ~24 hours.
6. On the new server install your new license key.  license key installation directions
7. On the old server uninstall the old license key.

How do I renew my ANSYS TECS?

Approximately 60 days in advance of your TECS expiration, a quote for ANSYS TECS renewal will be sent to your ANSYS Support Coordinator (as identified on the software license agreement).  If you need an advance quote for budgeting purposes or you have not received a quote, please contact Mallett Technology Customer Service by one of the following means:
