In addition to contacting Mallett Technology, Inc, customers with an active TECS contract may use the ANSYS Technical Support Knowledge Base to research commonly asked questions, search for and download examples, access service packs and documentation, and gain valuable information regarding error or warning messages received when using ANSYS products. Technical Support should not be used in place of a sound foundation of engineering theory, ANSYS training classes and engineering consulting. ANSYS training is essential for maximizing your use of the program.
