Electromagnetics Engineer - Mid-Atlantic

Job Summary

The position involves a mixture of technical support, software sales support and training for the Electromagnetic software products offered by Mallett. Travel within the mid-Atlantic sales territory is required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and modeling advice to prospective and existing customers
  • Work with customers to ensure their success and expand software licenses.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing in presales projects and sales campaigns
  • Provide services to promote new software license sales
  • Collaborate with Mechanical/fluid teams to leverage expertise.

Minimum Requirement/Qualifications:

  • MS in EE or related field
  • Knowledge of ANSYS/ANSOFT Electromagnetic programs
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills required
  • Experience in low and high frequency electromagnetic analysis
  • Basic programming skills (C, Jscript, Python)
  • Solid theoretical background in electromagnetics along with real world experience in applying this knowledge
  • Expertise in practical application of FEA modeling
This position involves extensive interaction with customers and therefore requires excellent English-based technical and verbal skills, superb problem solving and analytical skills, along with the ability to work well with clients and other staff.

IT Project Support Engineer - Mid-Atlantic

Job Summary

The position involves a mixture of IT based technical support, software sales support and internal IT systems support.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide licensing and network technical support to clients
  • Work with customers to ensure their success and expand software licenses.
  • Provide internal systems support
  • Interact with external Hardware and Software vendors
  • Provide pre and post-sales support for Product Data Management solutions

Minimum Requirement/Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of ANSYS and FLEXlm utilities and installation issues
  • High Performance Computing and License configuration
  • Networking Hardware, including firewalls, switches and routers
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills required
  • Basic programming skills (C, Jscript, Python)

Technical Sales Engineer - Plymouth Meeting, PA

Job Summary

The position involves a mixture of technical support, sales support and training for the software products offered by Mallett. Some travel within the mid-Atlantic sales territory is required, approximately 4-6 weeks per year. Your experience should include the following in order to be considered for the position:
  • Industry experience with ANSYS Mechanical (Workbench), ANSYS Mechanical APDL
  • Solid theoretical background in structural mechanics along with real world experience in applying this knowledge
  • Expertise in the practical application of FEA modeling
  • Experience in the following analysis disciplines: linear and nonlinear static structural, linear and nonlinear implicit dynamics, linear and nonlinear steady state and transient heat transfer
  • Expertise in mesh generation techniques using ANSYS Mechanical and Mechanical APDL

Qualifications that will be considered a plus include:

  • Experience in fluid mechanics and CFD modeling using ANSYS CFX or ANSYS Fluent
  • Graduate studies in engineering
  • Knowledge of ANSYS installation and licensing
  • Programming skills in J-script, Python, APDL, Fortran, C++
  • Experience in explicit dynamics analysis
  • Experience in low and high frequency electromagnetic analysis
  • MS in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5+ year's industry experience.

Marketing Intern - Canonsburg, PA or RTP, NC

The responsibilities of the marketing intern include but are not limited to:
  • Company Brochure Development/Enhancement
  • Case Studies
  • Consulting Services and Software Strategy/materials
    • Presentation
    • Marketing Campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Website Blog
  • Website materials and coordination
  • Coordinate Marketing Activities/events

Qualifications:

  • Senior working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience with Graphics Design tools such Dreamweaver, Photo Shop, Publisher, or comparable software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
