Abed M. Khaskia, Ph.D.—Executive Vice President

A specialist in finite element analysis, particularly for multi-field applications and simulations. Has provided consulting and training services for more than twenty years using ANSYS®, LS-DYNA®, and other finite element and CAE programs. Prepared, managed, and taught professional development courses for practicing engineers in the areas of structural, thermal, and electronic systems cooling. Organized conferences on finite element applications in various fields for commercial and government customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Expert in ANSYS applications with over twenty years of experience, including structural, heat transfer, dynamics, and CFD applications. Experienced in the use of Pro/ENGINEER®, including solid modeling for new component design and drawing creation for prototyping and manufacturing.

Matthew J. Mehalic—Senior Applications Engineer

Experienced in multi-field simulation, including fluid-structure interaction, conjugate heat transfer, and radiative heat transfer.

Specialist in heat transfer analysis. Experienced in the power industry. Professor at California University of Pennsylvania. Highly skilled in the representation of conduction, convection and radiation heat transfer. Unique expertise in adapting ANSYS to create special analysis capabilities.


Therese Rhodes Polito, Ph.D.

Specialist in computational fluid dynamics and design exploration techniques. Knowledgeable in modeling multi-physics analyses. Adept in using design exploration methods including optimization, Design of Experiments, Monte Carlo and Design for Six Sigma techniques.
