Keith G. Bolte -
President, Chairman of the Board
Keith Bolte has over 21 years of experience in marketing,
sales and management with high-tech manufacturing and
software companies. He has been successful in growing
business through the execution of strategies focused
on newly developing markets throughout North America.
Keith began his career at Standard Steel as a Methods
Engineer, Market Analyst and Manager of Marketing Administration
where he was responsible for manufacturing methods,
manpower analysis, marketing operations and inside sales.
He worked in various sales and marketing positions
with ANSYS, Inc and ABB Corporation involved in direct
marketing and sales of the ANSYS Simulation tools.
In 1991 Keith joined Mallett Technology, Inc as a Sales
Director in the Philadelphia office with responsibility
for ANSYS and Pro/ENGINEER product and service sales.
He later joined Aveva Corporation as Vice President
of North America Sales. At
Aveva Keith was responsible for
sales operations for the PDMS Plant and Process Design
Software which experienced 75% growth in software
revenue over his tenure.
In 1999, Keith rejoined Mallett Technology, Inc as the Vice
President of Sales for the Corporation.
In 2003 he was
named President as part of a management buyout
from the corporation's original founder Dr. Robert Mallett.
Keith earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from
the University of Pittsburgh and his Master's Degree
in Business from the Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Abed Khaskia -
Executive Vice President
Dr. Khaskia has more than twenty years of experience
in the application of finite element analysis technology
to various industrial and research areas. After earning
his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University
of Pennsylvania in 1982, he worked for small
a company in the Philadelphia area
which provided consulting services
in thermal and structural analysis for
the nuclear industry.
Then he worked for a division of Control Data Corporation,
where he provided technical support and training for
computer-time-sharing customers in the implementation
of computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools.
In 1986 he jointed Mallett Technology, Inc to start the
company Philadelphia office and focus on ANSYS software
distribution. He was responsible for customer services
including customer support, training and consulting.
He moved to the Washington, DC area in 1995, where he
expanded the company operations in the Maryland, Virginia
and Washington, DC regions. He serves on the company
board of directors and he is currently the company Executive
Vice President working out of the Mallett's Washington,
DC office.
In addition to leading the company technical team across
four offices, his business responsibilities include
providing technology leadership for the company in the
services area focusing on consulting, training and new
technologies implementation. Such technologies involve
multi-field applications encompassing micro-electro-mechanical
(MEMS), highly nonlinear simulations, forming and specialty
electro-magnetic and thermal systems.

Dan Vasalani -
Vice President of Sales
Dan Vasalani has over 12 years of sales, territory
and management experience in the Engineering
software and hardware field. He has a successful
track record of goal achievement both recognized
internally and externally by outside vendor awards.
Dan is the first and only person on record to
achieve and exceed a full year vendor sales goal by
the middle of that business year.
Dan has been with Mallett Technology, Inc. since
February of 1996. He started in the position of
Account Manager and has worked his way to the Vice
President of Sales role. In his current role, Dan
oversees all sales activities, which include ANSYS
and PTC Pro/ENGINEER products, for the Western
Pennsylvania territory while also managing sales and
marketing activities throughout the company’s eight
state territory. He currently has 5 sales
representatives that report directly to him. Dan’s
latest company honor came in December of 2003 when
he was elected to the Board of Directors
Dan began his career with Structural Research and
Analysis Corporation and held the position of Sales
Engineer in which he managed and sold the COSMOS
product line in a five state territory.
Dan earned his Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace
Engineering from West Virginia University.

Leo G. Mezerski, Jr.
– Business Manager
Leo Mezerski joined Mallett Technology, Inc. in
October, 2004 as Business Manager
bringing with him over 20 years experience from the
computer software engineering and
bio-medical technology fields.
Leo has extensive business experience derived from
leadership roles in business and sales
operations, accounting, marketing and customer
service. Over the past 20 years, Leo has
had a successful career in supporting both direct
and indirect sales channel management
in business and sales support functions primarily
with ANSYS, Inc. and BodyMedia, Inc.
Leo began his career with ANSYS, Inc. as an
accountant working in the accounting
department. Over the years, as the company grew, Leo
also worked in Marketing, Sales
and Business Operations responsible for supporting
channel sales in a variety of
responsibilities. Some of these responsibilities
included A/R and collections, customer
satisfaction programs, business and channel
development, pricing, customer service,
software order processing and invoicing, product
distribution, contract administration,
sales forecasting and reports and CRM development.
Leo has held numerous
management positions such as Manager of North
American Business Operations,
Manager of Worldwide Business Operations and Manager
of Worldwide Sales
Operations while at ANSYS, Inc.
During his employment with BodyMedia, Inc., Leo was
National Accounts Manager
responsible for helping drive a private, start-up
biomedical technology company in the
area of customer service. Leo managed the day-to-day
operations of the customer service
department for responsibilities including pre-sales
support, product order placement,
product order shipment, call tracking and the timely
resolution of customer service issues
and problems.
Leo is a lifelong resident of western Pennsylvania
and holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration with a Major in
Accounting from Robert Morris
University .
